NOTICE OF SALE PLAN

FOR SALE OF 6,000 – 6,800 MT +/- 5% OF LPG

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is preparing for spot sale of fuel with following details:

Product: LPG
Volume: 6,000 – 6,800 MT +/- 5% at Seller’s option
Delivery schedule:

Loading schedule during November & December 2020 as follows:

1st Cargo(1,500 – 1,700 MT): loading schedule of 1st cargo shall be informed 10 days in advance of 3 days lay can, loading date is no later than 20^thNovember
2nd Cargo (1,500 – 1,700 MT): after 1st cargo 3-5 days;
3rd Cargo(1,500 – 1,700 MT): after 2nd cargo 3-5 days; (Seller’s option)
4th Cargo(1,500 – 1,700 MT): after 3rd cargo 3-5 days; (Seller’s option)

You are requested to attach the detailed company profile and a notarised copy of the business/enterprise registration certificate to your email to obtain the ITBD.

Please submit an electronic copy of your proposal with the authorized signature and company stamp via email to sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn, copy to jesus.barron@nsrp.com.vn ; anh.lv@nsrp.com.vn and takeru.horiguchi@nsrp.com.vn no later than 12:00 (Noon-Vietnam Time) on 21^st October 2020 (Proposal Closing Time).

Proposals submitted after the Proposal Closing Time shall not be considered.

A sealed envelope containing the proposal shall be submitted to NSRP by courier no later than 26^th October 2020 to the following address:
