NOTICE OF SALE PLAN
for Sale of 10,000 MT of Fuel Oil (Export Only)

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is preparing for spot sale of fuel with following details:
If your company is interested in purchasing Fuel Oil from NSRP, please contact us via email with attention to Ms. Hoang Thi Sam, email: sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn, copy to jesus.barron@nsrp.com.vn anh.lv@nsrp.com.vn and takeru.horiguchi@nsrp.com.vn to obtain a full set of Invitation To Bid Documents (ITBDs).
You are requested to attach the detailed company profile and a notarised copy of the business/enterprise registration certificate to your email to obtain the ITBDs.
Please submit an electronic copy of your proposal with the authorized signature and company stamp via email to sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn, copy to jesus.barron@nsrp.com.vn ; anh.lv@nsrp.com.vn and takeru.horiguchi@nsrp.com.vn no later than 12:00 (Noon-Vietnam Time) on 7th May 2021 (Proposal Closing Time).
Proposals submitted after the Proposal Closing Time shall not be considered.
For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.
