NOTICE OF SALE PLAN

FOR SALE OF 16,000 MT OF SULFUR (GRANULAR)

Ref. No.: HCO/RFP/2023/0015

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is preparing for spot sale of sulfur with following details:

1. Product and quality: Sulfur (Granular)

2. Quantity: 16,000 MT +/- 10% at Seller’s option

• Cargo size: 8,000 MT +/- 10% at Seller’s option
• Vessel size: 10,000-15,000DWT
• Delivery term: FOB at NSRP Port, Thanh Hoa, Vietnam
• Loading date range (LDR):

Cargo 1: 09^th – 15^th June 2023

Cargo 2: 19^th – 25^th June 2023.

The 5-day LDR shall be narrowed by Seller no later than 10 days prior to the 1^st day of the given 7-day LDR.

You are requested to attach the detailed company profile and a notarized copy of the business/enterprise registration certificate to your email to obtain the ITBDs.

Please submit Proposal in locked PDF file with the authorized signature and company stamp via email to: nam.th1@nsrp.com.vn copy to sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn, dean.murphy@nsrp.com.vn,  naoki.kawasaki@nsrp.com.vn no later than 14:00 (Vietnam Time) on 18^th May 2023 (Proposal Closing Time).

Note to bidders that your proposal must be locked, your password shall be sent to NSRP after proposal closing time.

Proposals submitted after the Proposal Closing Time shall not be considered.
