NOTICE OF SALE PLAN
FOR SALE OF 8000 MT OF ON-SPEC POLYPROPYLENE

Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is preparing for spot sale of On-spec Polypropylene with following details:
If your company is interested in purchasing On-spec Polypropylene from NSRP, please contact us via email with attention to Mr. Ta Hoai Nam, email: nam.th1@nsrp.com.vn, copy to naoki.kawasaki@nsrp.com.vn , dean.murphy@nsrp.com.vn and sam.ht@nsrp.com.vn to obtain a full set of Invitation for Proposal Documents (IFPDs).
You are requested to attach the detailed company profile and a notarized copy of the business/enterprise registration certificate to your email to obtain the IFPDs.
Please submit a sealed envelope containing your proposal to the following address no later than 14:00 (Vietnam Time) on 29th May 2024 (Proposal Closing Time):

The sealed envelope containing the Proposal which is fully signed and sealed shall be clearly marked with the following:

DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 14:00 (VIETNAM TIME) ON 29th MAY 2024
Proposals submitted after the Proposal Closing Time shall not be considered.
For the avoidance of doubt, this Notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.
