NOTICE OF SALE PLAN FOR SALE OF 8,000MT OF SULFURE (GRANULAR)

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is preparing for spot sale of fuel with following details:
If your company is interested in purchasing Sulfur (Granular) from NSRP, please contact us via email with attention to Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Dung, email: dung.ntn@nsrp.com.vn, copy to anh.lv@nsrp.com.vn and takeru.horiguchi@nsrp.com.vn to obtain a full set of Invitation To Bid Documents (ITBDs).
You are requested to attach the detailed company profile and a notarised copy of the business/enterprise registration certificate to your email to obtain the ITBDs.
Please submit an electronic copy of your proposal with the authorized signature and company stamp via email to dung.ntn@nsrp.com.vn, copy to anh.lv@nsrp.com.vn and takeru.horiguchi@nsrp.com.vn no later than 12:00 (Noon-Vietnam Time) on 27th Feb 2020 (Proposal Closing Time).
Proposals submitted after the Proposal Closing Time shall not be considered.
A sealed envelope containing the proposal shall be submitted to NSRP by courier (for archieve only) no later than 6th Mar 2020 to the following address:
