Polypropylene

Polypropylene (PP) is  an organic compound, it is a white, mechanically rugged material and has a high chemical resistance. PP is a highest value petrochemical product in the plant and  used as feedstock to produce bottles, packages, woven yarns, PE Stretch film and  medical equipment. PP is  produced  via chain-growth polymerization from the monomer propylene (C3H6) from PPU Unit. Propylene feedstock is obtained from catalyst cracking products at RFCC complex. PP product (from PPU) is formed as hard granules, packed in bags and exported by sea (Marine) or by road (containers)
